Road Runners- Thursdays 3:00-4:00pm (pending weather). It is open to Kindergarten to 8th graders. We meet September through November and break for the winter months. We start back up in March and continue through May. The fee is $20 (includes tee shirt) or $15 (if no tee shirt is needed). All participants are invited to attend our end of the year party. Certificates are given to each student. Any student that attends 3 or more races receives a letter R or a gold bar. Please make sure you dress appropriately for practice. Students are allowed to wear navy sweat pants/shorts and a plain red, white or navy tee shirt (they may wear their orange road runner shirt underneath). Water bottles are mandatory for all runners. Parent volunteers are needed and encouraged to come and help us at practice. Please make sure you sign in & out at the front office. Mrs. Gore will be happy to sign your parent volunteer form at the end of each month. Please make sure you are signed up for our after school program (payment not due unless service is used), this is a requirement to participate. If we have to cancel practice due to rain or muddy conditions, we will send out an email (before 12pm~ even if conditions improve).
