Parents and Guardians,
Yearly, at the beginning of each school year, enrollment verification must be completed for students who are enrolled in Brighten Academy. In the past, we have sent paperwork home for parents to fill out verifying their phone number, address, email, emergency contacts, and the medication needs and health conditions of their child. We now accomplish this task online. For parents of returning students, we ask that you log into Infinite Campus Parent Portal and update each of your students information.
It is CRITICAL that we have the correct information for your family in Infinite Campus. Our automated messaging system pulls the phone numbers and email addresses from Infinite Campus and we want to be sure that you receive all of the important messages from Brighten Academy and from the District.
Once you log in through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, you will click "More" and "Census Verification" and follow the prompts to verify and/or modify the information for your household, for each of your students.

SLDS Parent Portal
The Georgia Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) is a free online tool developed by the Georgia Department of Education that helps States, Districts, Schools, and Teachers make data-driven decisions to improve student learning. Parents now have access to their children’s SLDS data through the SLDS Parent Portal. The SLDS Parent Portal is accessible to parents directly through their district’s student information system (Infinite Campus) — that means no additional logins and passwords to remember!
