Magnet Program - Phase 2 


Douglas County School System is providing a second round to apply for the Magnet Program.  See details below:
Timeline

March 3- Applications open in AwardSpring  Use link to apply:  dcssmagnets.awardspring.com/

​April 2- Applications close;           April 21 - Notifications sent;     April 30 - Commitments due 
​
Who can apply for Phase 2?                                                 Who cannot apply for Phase 2?
· Students who moved in after December 14th                                                        -Students who applied in Phase 1 and accepted a spot in a magnet program.
· Students who did not apply due to the pandemic:
o Started an application, but did not complete it
o Did not understand the admissions process
